Bahamas Trade Mission to Port-au-Prince, Haiti

The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation (BCCEC) organized a Trade Mission to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, 23-26 May 2018.
The delegation was led by Edison Sumner, CEO of the BCCEC and also included the Ambassador of The Bahamas to the Haiti, H.E. Jeffrey A. Williams; ALIV CEO, Damian Blackburn; Sky Bahamas CEO, Randy Butler, Charo R. Walker-Morley, Trade Services Manager, BCCEC; other BCCEC officials, private sector representatives, and government officials.
Meetings were held with the Haitian President, H.E. Jovenel Moise and other senior government representatives, and members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Haiti. There were also site visits to various companies and business matchmaking sessions.
