Charo R. Walker-Morley is Chief Executive Officer at Walker Consulting and is the company’s primary decision and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture.

 

Mrs. Walker-Morley is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships. She understands that each client is unique and brings innovative, tailor-made approaches to every project we take on.

Prior to consulting, Mrs. Walker-Morley worked for government, international organizations and also in the private sector. She uses the lessons learned from this diverse professional background to ensure the success of our clients.

 

Outside of Walker Consulting, Mrs. Walker-Morley has been active in a wide range of community socio-economic projects. She is very passionate about adult literacy initiatives as well as community economic development and youth empowerment projects.

 

Mrs. Walker-Morley holds an MA in International Trade & Investment Policy with a focus in Economic Policy Analysis from The George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree magna cum laude in Political Science and Economics from Howard University, and an Associate's degree in History with distinction from the College of The Bahamas.

 

She is currently a member of the association of Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA), the Society for International Development (SID) and the Project Management Institute.
